At a glance or from a distance, this item would look like an ordinary 
chain. When you look at it this close, however you can see that each
link of the chain has been filed to a razor-thin edge on the outsides
making each hit with this chain like hitting someone with heavy knives.
You can imagine wrapping this around someone's neck and pulling tight...
The only other place you could use it would be around your own neck, but
are the benefits truely good enough for the consequences?
