Item description:

It has the same appearance as the original being it came from, however this
smaller version seems to be moldable by your will.  It is a hard, icy block
that shifts and moves of its own accord, but by applying pressure with your
hands the ice forms a protective pair of gauntlets.  The ice itself isn't
very cold for some reason, and refuses to melt into water where heat touches
it.  External cold seems blocked out also, but the cold of the ice itself is
more than enough to chill your fingertips.
