Item description:

Not really a physical object of any kind, this translucent,
transparent film twists gently under its own power.  A
pale, light blue glow seems to filter out of it, however in
the dark no visible light can be seen.  As you stare at it
for a time, you notice that the power in it is slowly
fading, gradually dissipating into the world.
The film itself is cold to the touch, though not
overwhelmingly so... any flame touching it seems to be
eaten up, and vanishes with no trace.  Not even a faint
warmth can be felt on the other side of the sheet. 
Physical objects seem to be able to penetrate it with some
difficulty, but any holes that are made in the invisible
fabric either close and quickly seal themselves, or are
pushed with some force toward the closest edge.  As big as
the film is, it could easily cover your whole body, perhaps
offering some protection against fire based attacks.
