Item description:

This is a solid piece of the dull purple material called 'warpstone'.  It is
in a vaguely tubular shape roughly 6 inches long, and has quite a weight to
it for its size.  It has a narrow slit down the side, just large enough for
you to slip your wrist and lower forearm through to slide it onto your arm. 
Once on, it seems to tighten gently onto your arm, and you feel a warm glow
emanating from it. You also feel an odd rage, a hatred for all that lives,
and all that is good - but you fight it off, and chalk it up to just having
a bad day.
