Item description:

This is a shiny red helm modelled after the legendary Phoenix.  Its wings
wrap downward over the cheeks, and the bird's tail likewise curls down to
protect the back of the neck.  The head of the Phoenix is over the
forehead, its golden beak open as if letting loose a battle cry.  Etching
gives the illusion of feathers, but the helm is actually smooth to the
touch.
