Item description:

This sword is made of a skull-like handle with a straight steel blade.  The
blade has a sharp edge and comes to a point.  The handle looks like a tall,
narrow skull with rubies set into the eye sockets.  The blade is affixed to
the top of the 'skull'.  The handle is probably made of ivory.
