Item description:

This wide belt measures nearly three feet in length and has been made
out of a black leather. What look to be lightning bolts, balls and
shards of crystal and ice and shooting fireballs have been etched into
the outer surface of the belt. A red light surrounds the belt as if it
was magically enchanted.
