Item description:

This strange ring looks like is was formed from the finger bones of a
human-sized creature. The bones are bent and twisted, as if they had been
clay, to form a loop. Runes are etched into its surface, glyphs denoting
domination over nature and its creatures. They glow with sickly greenish
light.
