Item description:

This is a silver badge attached to a twenty inch silver chain made up of
several small square links. On one side of the circular shaped badge is a
triangle shaped building made up of long rectangle blocks and in its
center is what looks to be a human eye staring out. Flipping it over one
finds the words, "He who wears this badge has gone above and beyond their
normal duty to design a truly amazing invention or has inspired the
creation of such an invention."
