Item description:

This blood red helmet is crafted from a medium grade of steel. Its visored
face plate offers only a small eyeslit to see through and several small
spikes stick from the top of the helmet. Small enchanted gems set in the
sides are said to increase the users amount of damage they may inflict in
normal combat.
