Item description:

A thin circle of dark green rock forms the band of the ring. The surface is
unblemished allowing room for runes to be added. A spider insignia is
attached to the band, each sharp leg angled down, digging into the owner's
finger. The whole ring is deprived of any magical properties and its
unnatural coolness deflects any spells being cast on it.
