Item description:

Of many different colors, but notably not green.  They seem to be made out of
feathers, but not quite - the feathers seem more like scales, but that does
not detract from their beauty. Fasteners have been attached to allow them to
be worn as an outer layer of protection, but they are fragile and would
likely only be damaged in battle.
