Item description:

A large helm, made of the fabled metal mithril.  Shiny and bright, it has
many small dings and scratches on its surface.  It seems to have taken a
great many blows from a great many unsuccessful enemies. At the top is a
small knob, apparently for holding feathers or some other decoration.
