Item description:

The golden diamond shows a serpentine body impaled upon a dagger.  Inset in
each of the four points are jewels of different colors, perhaps meant to give
the talisman distinct powers, or to ward off certain magics envoked by the
dragon. Even if it is not useful, it certainly is a valuable treasure.  Good
thing whoever wrecked the place didn't find it!
