Item description:

These mushrooms are green in color with circular holes that ooze a red
liquid that make them look like they are bleeding. There is a bitter smell
coming from them but they don't appear to be poisonous. It is a mystery as
to what purpose these may serve but perhaps they can be brewed into
something useful.
