Item description:

A rough disk made from solid coral. It looks like chalky white stone
pocketed by countless tiny worm holes.  It is in reality the exoskeletal
extrusion of thousands of colonial sea-creatures. A pair of sea-weed straps
allow it to be tied to your arm.
