Item description:

This cape is formed from the dorsal fin of sea creature known as a morkoth.
It is crescent shaped and larger in the middle than at the ends.  Six sharp
spines poke out the end, spaced evenly apart.  A rubbery strip of fat acts
as a makeshift collar and clasp.  The cape is pale white with irregular
green striping throughout.
