A heavy shackle made of solid adamantium steel, with an attached ball and
chain. The steel is nearly eight inches in thickness, and the ball is over a
foot and a half around. It manifests the toughness and magical properties of
adamantium, but it would slow you down horribly if you clamped it around your
ankle.
