The outer side of this four foot hide is covered in a thick black fur.
Dried blood and bits of gore cover the inner side and near the top are
two strips that could be used to secure it about ones back. Even
though the thick fur would give some protection from the cold, the
skin is still fairly thin and probably wouldn't provide a lot of
defense against normal attacks.
