Item description:

Tainted dark blue plated leggings.  They look no better than steel forged
legs but you would be greatly mistaken for thinking that.  Magic from the
armor is glowing in and out like christmas lights.  The leggings were made
from an old piece of valorite ore.  Which as you've heard is like wine, it
only gets better with age.
