This dish comes to the table on a large plate. In the center of the
plate is a slab of juicy, tender, roast venison that appears to be at
least 16 ounces in weight. Diced and boiled potatoes and carrots fill
up much of the rest of the plate, and a thin gravy has been drizzled
over everything.
