Item description:

The entirety of this huge hammer has been forged out of a single slab of
dense black metal. It is warm to the touch, and as you lift it and move it
around, the head crackles with electricity and bright sparks leap from it.
The handle is covered in a thick rubber padding to maximize comfort and
provide a grounding to protect the wielder against electricution.
