Item description:

Long - very long, golden in color, and pristinely clean.  A tingle can
be felt from the weapon anywhere it's touched, that seems to amplify if
it's moved with anything resembling striking speed.  The metal is light
and strong, and the tip of the weapon is curved into a sharp point. 
The blade continues down into an intricate guard that makes a weaving
pattern above the hilt in an umbrella shape.  The hilt has a metal ring
right in the center for separation of one's hands as they wield it. 
This must have been a weapon of kings.
