Item description:

This is a two foot round shield made out of a fine steel with an oak
leaf engraved on the front surface. Circling this leaf are several
runes of protection, each of which glow a soft blue. Attached to the
back side of the shield is a thick leather strap for one to grasp it
with a single hand.
