Item description:

A seven inch long musical instrument with holes drilled along its length. 
It has a simple hole at one end for the sound to come out and at the other
end a curved lip with a central shaft in the middle of two small holes
where the player is meant to place their nose to produce the air for the
instrument to work. It looks relatively unused.
