Item description:

This slick looking beret has been made out of a jet black silk. Runes
have been embroidered into the silk in several places, although they
appear to imbue the user with special abilities none of the runes
glow like one would think. There is a small clip in the back of the
cap that could be adjusted to fit any sized head.
