Item description:

This ornate rod is generally used as a symbol of office. It was forged
from adamantium. The metal is dense, brittle and dark gray in
appearance. It has been set with an orange jade shadowy bat. The jade
is rich orange in color, with a tinge of yellow. It has been inlaid
with chrysoprase. The tough opaque aqua-colored stone has black veins
running through it.
