Item description:

This two foot shield has been made out of a glowing blue metal. Bolts
of lightning, fireballs, chunks of ice and shards of what look to be
crystal have been engraved all over the front surface of the shield.
Attached to two places on the inner side is a thick piece of leather
for one to grasp.
