Item description:

The cloak is made of white sheepskin, built for comfort rather than
protection. It is divided into strips flaring around its sides into many
tastles. Something seems odd about this cloak, something you can't put your
mind on. The pure white skin is hard to focus on, as if it's been magically
obscured. But of course it couldn't be that. Could it? As you watch, the
cloak's strips move of their own accord, as if in an unseen breeze.
