Item description:

This four foot staff has been made out of a charcoal black wood.
Etched all along the entire length of the staff are several skulls
and small necromantic symbols. The top of the staff has been carved
into the shape of a human skull and two gems that glow a soft red
have been inset where the eyes of the skull should be.
