Item description:

A fine powder of glittering colours. It is made from combining the dust
from a multitude of different coloured gemstones and is often used as a
component in potion crafting. The exact makeup of the gems can vary however
there must always be a minimum of five percent of each of diamond,
sapphire, ruby and emerald in order for it to be referred to as rainbow
dust and for it to retain its magical properties.
