    Self:    You make a face and scream, "ACK!"
    Others:  Conan makes a horrid face and screams, "ACK!"

When targeting yourself:
    Self:    You twist around and try to make a face at yourself and scream, "ACK!"
    Others:  Conan tries desperately to twist around and make a face at himself and scream, "ACK!"

When targeting someone else:
    Self:    You make a horrid face and scream, "ACK!" at Sonja.
    Others:  Conan makes a horrid face and screams, "ACK!" at Sonja.
    Target:  Conan screams "ACK!" and makes a horrid face at you.

When targeting someone else who isn't there:
    Self:    You'd have to scream really loud for it to work.
