When targeting someone else:
    Self:    You blow a kiss at Sonja.
    Others:  Conan blows a kiss at Sonja.
    Target:  Conan blows you a kiss, hoping you'll blow one in return.

When targeting someone else who isn't there:
    Self:    You must find someone else to blow kisses too.

When targeting an object:
    Self:    You blow a kiss at a mud school diploma.
