    Others:  Conan nods a few times as he talks to himself about rice.

When targeting someone else:
    Self:    You spread the ancient art of rice to Sonja.
    Others:  Conan hands Sonja a big bowl of delicious rice to enjoy.
    Target:  Conan rewards you with a big bowl of rice to eat.

When targeting someone else who isn't there:
    Self:    Sadly, rice cannot reach this poor soul.

When targeting an object:
    Self:    You start stuffing a mud school diploma with many different grains of rice.
    Others:  Possessed by the grain, Conan starts shoving rice into a mud school diploma.
