Moblins under Mob Factory

A clan of legend, Clan Unforgiven, once resided peacefully in their hidden
area underneath the Light Forest West.  Its remains were excavated while
building the mob factory.  Abandoned for years, the area had been infested
with a band of formerly nomadic bear-like creatures from the dark forest
called moblins.  While building the mob factory, the constructors discovered
that their power generator did not have the capacity to power all of the
machinery that would be required, so the minions of Antidentin struck a deal
with the moblins to allow another reactor to be built in the former clan
area.  Access to said facility is limited to authorized personnel.  All
other information pertaining to the area is restricted.
