The Sinar'i Valley

The High Elves of the Sinar'i Valley, having committed an ancient
offense, are doomed to walk undead for all eternity. The valley has
become unwholesome and dangerous to the less experienced adventurers.
Great spiders have been seen attacking parties of lost adventurers who
strayed off the relative safety of the path that cuts through the
valley.  Whole parties have disappeared, only to be found by others,
hanging upside down in the trees dying a slow painful death.
