Outside of the west gate of Zin is a small building, with a wide open
courtyard and a lovely fountain.

Below it are cold stone halls lined with locked cells, patrolled by
sinister men in white...

Here, drugs are adminstered, spells are cast and long, rambling group
session convene. Whether the occupants of this place were mad when they
arrived or have been driven mad by their stay at the Zin Memorial Mental
Wellness Center cannot be told.
