Crepuscula, the Eterenal Dawn, second realm of the Worlds of Light, is a
rugged, wild place, covered by lush, dark jungles and glassy, fiery seas.
The sky is blushed red, as if with the light of an early dawn. The
inhabitants of this plane, a race of angels known as matinals, are
beatific, beastial creatures with a strong sense of honor and compassion.
Their anger is easily provoked, and they are equally slow to forgive and
less likely to show mercy than other types of angels. They dwell in
isolated buildings scattered across the wilds, though some congregate in
living villages built atop the backs of great beasts.
