In the Northern Ocean, there is a heavy-wooded isle called Skaven Island.  It
is named after a tribe of goblins long thought to be extinct.  Though they were
eradicated by elven hunters decades ago, rumors still persist that the goblins
have rebuilt their stronghold and intend on seeking vengeance.
