If the center of the Naginag Combine is Zin, then the center of
Murlock Territory is Behr'zok. This massive walled city is unlike
any built by humans, or by murlocks, for that matter.  Previously
a divided, tribal people, the Combine united many of the murlocks
under its rule.  In a unified effort between four of their largest
tribes, the Behr'rooj, the Gurl'gn, the Mui'rooj and the Luglugl,
the city of Behr'zok was raised right on the K'tinga River delta where
it empties into the Southern Ocean.  Buildings made from
geomantically formed stone or biomantically grown wood stand side
by side, lining the myriad canalways.  The most prominent building
in Behr'zok is the massive citadel on its southeast side, from which
the Luglugl tribe rules.  A large commercial district makes up the 
core of the city, most famous for its numerous restaurants, where 
fine murlock cuisine is served fresh daily. Also, a fair-sized school
of magic is located in the northeastern portion of town.  Behr'zok is
so large that it has its own Newbie Training Swamp north of the 
school, as well as many other unique services.  Even though it is open
to sea trade, Behr'zok is not a regular port of call, murlocks not 
being a seafaring people.  While most of the inhabitants are murlocks,
a mixed Combine garrison is on duty, mustered from the Sixth Legion,
watching not only the land entrances but the coastline as well.
