Commissioned by Her Majesty Queen Azshara, the Naginag Combine Royal Navy is
staffed by the experienced marines of the Fifth Legion.  Many warships, large
and small, patrol the seas between the Combine's island holdings and 
the mainland.  The flagship, named for the late Queen, sails the Behr'rooj
Channel, protecting the main harbor of the city of Naginag itself.
