Dikeman's Atoll

A tiny ring of sand juts from the Southern Ocean.  It is little more than 
eons worth of dirt collected at the top of an ancient reef.  In the center of
the atoll is a deep lagoon.  Four stones stand on the atoll, each marked
with a mysterious rune.  The pirate Captain Dikeman met his end here, 
hanged from one of the palms by his own crew.  Some say Dikeman's spirit 
haunts the isle on stormy nights.
