The Caverns of Charstal is located to the northeast of the main gates into
the capital city of Airam. The name Charstal comes from the runes char
meaning lightning and stal meaning rock or earth, so as you may guess these
caves are full of electric based creatures. Reports say there is even a
pair of humans that have set up residence somewhere within these caves,
although they go on to say both of them are quite mad.
