North of Vemarken, on the eastern edge of the Greenwood, is a small
wetland. It consists of numerous interconnected shallow pools within a
wooded area, emptying into the ocean to the north via a small stream.

Fishermen frequent the area, seeking the innumerable tadpoles as bait.
Hunters also travel there, searching for a mysterious beast rumored to live
there.
