It's been a bit over four years, and another more of Tyrant's characters
have been permanently removed from the game.  

Behaviour such as his was not acceptable then, is not acceptable now, and
will not be acceptable in the future.  Tyrant represents nearly everything
that I never want to see in worlds I am responsible for, and as such, he
has no place here.
