Subject: What is Case Law?

Case law is the law as interpreted by judges, as opposed to law officially
written down in the rules command.  

The purpose of this board is to provide examples of how the player rules
should be interpreted and enforced (see the 'rules' command for a current
list.)  This is for clarity and to help give players previous examples upon
which to base arguments.

This kind of information is important because the rules are not perfect,
and cannot precisely cover every conceivable situation. It will also help
me make consistent judgements and interpretations as new scenarios arise.

I will try to keep this board updated as problems arise.
