Subject: Athlon group player kill - sentencing

Final sentence has been determined to be two months, starting from December
06, 2014, for the four characters Athlon, Santarosa, Haswell, and Celeron. 
He other characters may also be subject to impound should they cause
additional problems.

It should be noted that this freeze duration covers both the year
end/December events as well as the 20th anniversary event.
