Subject: Lucera - offline (and online) harassment

Player Lucera has recently been harassing other players, who have asked
me to intervene.  At least one of the target players has had ignore
active for the duration.

Background
---------------------------
This is similar to previous incidents involving Lucera.  Normally this 
sort of thing would be a warning, however that had previously been
given.

Sentence
---------------------------
I've locked Lucera's account for a minimum of one week.  It will only 
be unlocked at the end of that week if all external materials shitting
on other players are taken down and no longer shared.  If another
incident of this sort happens again, there will likely be a permanent
ban.
