Subject: A Library system for AA.

Could a library system be implemented in AA? We hold books.  They give us
powers such as mana regeneration and wisdom.  Would it be possible to
create a place where books can be borrowed and then returned?  A possible
system could be... 1.  A book, with special attributes, could be exchanged
for a small deposit. 2.  The Book is taken away and used by the person who
rented it.  Books may need to be bound equipment. 3.  After a period of
time the player may either return the book for a return on their deposit or
If the book has not been returned, it could simply disappear from the
player's inventory or hand.  In the case of unreturned books the library is
allowed to keep the deposit.

Possible books could include: 1.  The Arcadies' handbook of Magical
sciences. [Mana by +10 and [Mana regen by 1.5] 2. The book of healing
lights. [Mana regen by 3.5 and saving spell by 20%] 3.  An iorn tablet
inscribed with the word power. [Str by +3 and Con by +1] 4.  A Shadowy 
black scroll that's barely visible to the eye. [Dex by + 3 and hide by 30%]
5.  A book entitled Kranak's Handbook of a sinister craft. [Necro cast
ability by +2 and mana regen by +1.5]

The books in This library would be possibly suited to the arcadies island. 
Other libraries would stock books that have attributes more suited to their
environment. If anyone has any comments or would like to hear any more
about this idea please mudmail me.  I have plenty of ideas on how this
could be implemented but they are too many for a single board posting.
