Well, I was thinking, we could empliment a rading system.
semilar to the idea of group flagged places in game,
these places would be group based as well,
 and they would be level based, it would require a group to compleate, and there
would be loot to gain over time.
this loot would be only able to atain in rading partys.
and these rades would be campains, and could last for quite a wile.
there would be recall points in an  rade earea, so people didn't have to leve the
rade earea.
